ReJuviance® Super Strength DHT Blocker is the only hair growth promoter product containing 5% Beta-sitosterol because it was created using our proprietary technology. Our scientists solved the problems of combining a high concentration of Beta-sitosterol together with virgin Saw Palmetto extract and powerful penetrant enhancement technology to deliver these ingredients to the hair follicles where they are needed. For regulatory compliance reasons we cannot make any hair growth claims at this time for this product, but we can promise that all of its ingredients are used safely throughout the cosmetics and food industries in many safe products. In fact, the FDA allows manufacturers to claim that foods for human consumption containing plant sterol esters such as Beta-sitosterol are for reducing the risk of coronary heart disease since those also lower blood cholesterol levels. For topical applications these botanicals have also not generally been linked with the spectrum of adverse reactions and negative side effects associated with pharmaceutically based products, making them easier to use on a regular basis free of complications. We can also promise that it shapes, molds, holds your hair in place, and dries quickly with a natural look.
I haven't seen any super growth! Not even helping my hair still short.

I bought this product hoping it would help my hair grow faster. I think it did! I like the fresh citrus smell of it that is light and dissipates quickly. I also like the slight tingling sensation when it is first applied. It did not seem to provide much style control for me, but that was not the reason I was interested in trying it. One purchase lasted me about a month and my hair did seem to grow more this month than usual. I think this is a good product, but pricey.

I was not sure if this product was for men or women when I first bought Rejuviance. As a woman, I was having stress in my life and started to have hair thinning around my forehead line. I tried this product and it worked. My hair started thickening again and looking back to normal. It has distinct almost orangey smell but not distasteful, its non-greasy, and there is a tingling feeling where you first apply it, and helps you feel like its working. I would recommend to try if you have temporary had hair thinning.

Scientists believe that the plant extract Beta-sitosterol is the active ingredient that causes the legendary hair growth claims of Saw Palmetto extract (Serenoa repens). They are convinced that it works by stopping the enzyme 5 alpha reductase that otherwise converts testosterone into the follicle damaging hormone DHT. Although there are conflicting studies, one randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled trial published in the April 2002 issue of the "Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine", by N. Prager concluded that the liposterolic extract of saw palmetto (“LSESr”) and Beta-sitosterol, a plant compound in saw palmetto, showed highly positive results with 60 percent of the subjects rated as improved at the final visit.
